i made an appointment through their website with Lindsay to get eyelash extensions. the day of my appointment, i arrived on time and was told that Lindsay wasn’t there and no one was available to do the service. i’m guessing i spoke to the owner of the place but, she said that Lindsay was supposed to call me and reschedule and she never did. the owner (or the person running the front desk) apologized and offered me a free service of eyelash extensions with a trainee at the company. i was told they would call me in two weeks to get me in. i was excited about that because, she didn’t have to offer me a free service. i would have been happy with a reschedule. it’s been almost a month and i STILL haven’t heard from anyone. the lady at the front desk took down my information and promised that s
