Went in to find a wig....nice variety but the one I actually picked out is not the one I had when I got home. Lady claim to have a different color in the style I wanted & I like that color better but like I said it turned out to be a totally different wig. Beware people when they claim to be helping. They just getting rid of wigs that don't sell I guess. Don't stay in Austin so I'm out of my money & still need a wig

I specifically came in for lace glue, and they had what I needed. I took a quick walk around the store and they seemed to have everything you would need. Lots of makeup choices, lots of wigs, and hair extensions. All very lovely. I didn't ask for the gentleman's name, but he was very pleasant and very helpful. I want to come back when I have more time to spend looking at everything. If I was going to make a recommendation just by the first impression I think you can't go wrong visiting or spending money in this store. Thanks, Beaury Plus! I will be back soon!!!

I love the hair accessories and wig collections. The hair is affordable and the owners are super helpful and nice. They offer discounts and they usually always will have great sales on hair and hair products. Fast, friendly and cheap!

Great customer service and reasonable prices.

Not a good feeling walking into an establishment and being stereotyped. We really need to stop spending our money at these establishments. At minimum, I shouldn't beg to be treated or acknowledged as a human.
