Hair by Royal is hands down one of the best hairstylists I’ve ever been to. Royal is professional, punctual, and extremely talented. She cares about hair health, installs are neat and long-lasting, and the experience is always comfortable and welcoming. My hair always looks flawless when I leave. I really like Royal and her work. My hair looked very nice But I am very disappointed with the hair that was used for my "hair included" install. The hair is itchy, sheds horribly, and tangles very bad to the point it's a struggle to even get it to a point that it's wearable. It has only been a week. I wasn't going to leave a review but after I reached out very politely she never even responded. I was even going to book another appointment but I refuse to continue to give my money to someone that clearly doesn't care. It's sad to have a gift but not the compassion and customer service. I would not recommend any hair included services.

I had an install scheduled by another stylist that never showed up and Hair by Royal was able to squeeze me in same day! It was last minute so I was nervous but she was very professional and the style came out great. Her mother (who I absolutely adore) came in to braid down my hair. She is the sweetest and very knowledgeable! I have a sensitive scalp but she listened to my concerns and did not braid my hair tight. My edges are still in tact thank you Jesus! I have always had trouble getting installs and avoid them for this reason, but Hair by Royal was able to lay the hair down without damaging my natural hair underneath. Love her!

My first time going to Victoria and she did a wonderful job, just as expected. I’ve been following her on IG for a while and her work always looks great! Glad I got to experience it for myself. She serviced me with a quick weave, very natural looking and the color is gorgeous! Thanks again Royal . See u in a few wks. 😘
