I was profiled as an African American woman after making a return, earning store credit and browsing for 20-40 minutes, and attempting to leave empty handed. I was threatened with police after saying I wasn't comfortable with them searching my personal bag, and was made to wait while they checked the cameras. I was treated like a criminal and will never be returning. Yes, the sensors did go off and there was reason for wanting to check, but even after letting them review what I still had left over from my return, I was continuously treated as if I were a threat to their business. I was told "you come into my house and steal, I'll call the police," when I was clearly in an established building, not anyone's place of residents. My mother and I went shopping here for the first time this weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. The sales associate was extremely helpful and pleasant. The large selection of wigs was fantastic. There was a lot to choose from. I will most certainly return here in the near future.

Shopped here for years..:.. I hate to leave a bad review however I didn’t have help purchasing a wig. I Meant to grab a 22” and get home and realize it’s only 18”. I never put it on, nor took out of net, nothing. Called a hour later to let them know so that I can exchange for the longer length I wanted to purchase.… and was told no because the boarder wasn’t attached. I don’t feel responsible for the boarder not being attached because the box had a ink tag literally in the middle that had to be removed by the staff, staff should make sure proper policy’s are in order after removing tags from large purchases. Now they will not let me exchange for the proper length even though I assured them it was a honest mistake. I understand sanitation completely. If I had help this mistake, as we
