Beauty Nails

I got a manicure done a couple days ago and the nail polish has come off. I called the salon and they tried to act like they didn’t speak English. The man and woman took turns talking on the phone and then they hung up on me! So rude, especially when I spent my money and tipped good!

My daughter and I went to get full sets. I asked about pricing before getting them done, we had gift certificates to use and didn't want to go over. Nails are put on slightly crooked clipped and sanded uneven. My daughter's nails are halfway decent for a child. However my french manicure looks horrible white is uneven and then they filed after painting and tore part of the white paint off my nails. Will not be back wouldn't recommend to anyone. Upon going to pay they charged more then original quote and I had to pay out of pocket.

My daughter and I just moved in the area. First time visiting this nail place. I explained what I wanted but instead a suggestion was given. Which I was ok with. Then I told the lady who was doing my nails I wanted coffin shape. She cut them so quickly, which got me worried. When she was filling them, I can tell I wasn’t going to be happy. End result was that my daughter and I had cricket sets on and at that point how do we remove them? Our nails looked rushed. Not all the shape look the same. Some where round, other coffin and the rest I don’t know what to call it. I paid $86 for the both of us. Which was not worth it. I feel ashamed and Embarrassed how Our nails look. First and final time we visit this place. Beauty nails isn’t recommended. ): worst experience ever.

I've been going here for years, passing several shops on my way, but my last 3 times has not been good. The gel has been peeling off in less then a week. The last time I was there (last Friday), I had to wait for one of the workers to finish while the two owners sat on their phones. My nails on one hand are darker then the other and two nails has peeled half way off in two days. I went back to get it repaired and the woman owner gave me attitude and said I had to wait about 2 hours, then a lady walks in to the salon to get her eyebrows done and she takes her right back. I left and I will spend my money else where.

I recently started getting my nails done. I've been to this shop 5x. The quality of the shaping/filing and painting of my nails is ok. Today was not a good experience. My nails are shaped poorly, painted sloppy and the acrylic laid is uneven. I mentioned it to the agent but that didn't help at all. I won't be back, it's to much of a hit or miss.
