When I say worst experience I’ve ever had I mean it don’t even bother wasting ur time and money here. I knew going into a salon it’s difficult for them to do dramatic designs so I walked in wanting a simple SHORT French tips. Mai told me 80 dollars I thought that was a bit much especially for what I was asking for but I ignored it and went thru with the service. The entire time she’s shaping the nails they were uneven on every finger and the polish looked really lumpy and thick, I would keep correcting her and Mai began to say “don’t worry to much about the shape no one pays that much attention to the hands anyway” that threw me so off but I ignored it again. I realize she’s abt to start the French design but hasn’t even cleaning my cuticles so then I said how are u abt to charge me 80 dol

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The amount of nail polish used was excessive, which made the nails look thick and uneven. While the polish eventually dried, the overall finish wasn’t smooth or professional. I was hoping for better attention to detail. I won’t be returning.it last less than a day

Terrible experience. I splurged on my birthday to get $70 dollar pedicure and $70 full set. When I got my full set done, I showed her a picture of the ombré nails I wanted. She said she refused to do it because “it would look bad.” I said alright and decided to get a French tip almond with the same red color. When she asked how long I wanted, I pointed to the length and she exclaimed “THAT long???” Refer to the photo to see how long my nails were to elicit such a response 😕. She sped through the mani pedi process. There was none of the usual foot scrubbing and care that’s given when you go for a salon experience. Very expensive, but I love the way my nails turned out. They did it just as I described and really took their time to make it look nice.

I wish there was a 0-star option. They didn’t do my nails as requested even after paying $80 plus tip. When I returned two weeks later to remove the extensions, they were unhelpful and unwilling to assist. Very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.
