This store is still around, even after the competition that has been built around it. This hair store has any hair color, even old- school ones like 33 and 99j!!! No sales papers, but clearances around the store.

I wish I could give this store ZERO stars. SHOPPERS BEWARE::: Even though online and on the door the hours are 10am to 8pm. They close the door early every day. And they refuse to give names so that horrible service can be dealt with accordingly. After much requesting, I was able to find out that Otto was the one in charge. They all argued with me about the "real closing time" being 745pm. This is the absolute WORST hair store I've been to in my life and I WILL be reporting to the BBB.

Very poor customer service they follow you around watching you definitely will not be returning

Worst store ever. Would not honor a store credit. Over priced. The hair dresser said the hair was old and unworkable. Very rude management. Store won't make it, poor management. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from there. It's definitely off my list. They will not be in business much longer. + it's grossly over priced!!

I purchase here often. However, I did not have a good experience this time. They gave me attitude about honoring their unopened item exchange policy. I purchased 5 items, one of which was lipstick. I came back to exchange because the store next to them had the actual lipstick that I wanted. It was no more than 10 minutes. I made the exchange but have a problem with businesses not honoring their policy.
