Should have gone to any other options outside of this area. Parking lot is disgusting, the store is unkept. Staff is another story- very nasty- severely lacking any sort of customer service skills, inappropriate conversations, busy on their phones. The selection seems ample, however the store is full of cheap supplies, off-brand, fake designer and other dollar store items. Recommended if you are looking for hair products that will last a day at best, makeup that would irritate your skin and are looking for the entertainment of poor customer service skills. Better off going to the dollar store or shopping online. The wigs were even unkept and unsanitary looking.

Loved it there! They have tons of hair and products at reasonable prices compared to other well known places. Staff was super helpful. 💕

Me and my girlfriend is in the area visiting from NY and this is the cleanest most stocked beauty supply we been to.

The owner is a thief. A product I was buying (quantity of 7) was scanning at 1,19$ on the screen with the correct description but had a red "special tag" on 2 of the bottles at 1,99$ so the clerk asked him which is the correct price. Of course, without checking no where, he answers 1,99$ lolll ! Also he should not be allowed to give advices on hair as he was suggesting me powdered bleach for my extra fine hair (Thank god I knew better and a customer contradicted him right away !!) This type of people is why people go for Amazon. Very sad !

Definitely a bit pricey but cheaper than buying it on Amazon. I don't mind paying the price because this store is one of the only hair stores in Ocala with a variety of products and brands. Always my go to!
