I rarely speak on bad experiences, but this one really pissed me off. This happened not too long ago today. (1/29/2026) In summation: I grabbed what I needed and was waiting to be checked out so I can go. I was chill until one of the cashiers briefly needed one the managers assistance to help with the customer she had. She was trying to get their attention because everyone was putting up truck and etc. The cashier I'm referring to turns to her and was like "GUHHH you can't tell them apart?!" and snickers as if that shit was funny. I get that joke may have some humor, but if they cracked a joke about you, you'll go live about it. Mind you, she was checking out a customer too. Main reason for rating is customer service and product price not labeled for some products. 1 cashier was having an inappropriate loud conversation with security and the other was just looking lost.. Noone greeted me. They have a wide variety of products and had everything I needed. They also have cute clothes. I loved that they had a few things I needed on Sale! Will go back but to another location.

I HATED MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE. I’m came in on February 7,2025 and as we entered the store everything was normal. They had a security lady, short black lady, standing at the door and we spoke once we walked in. We walked around the store after picking up some items and i proceeded to sit the items down and reach into my bag for some tissue. I noticed her and the other Asian man (one of the managers/owner I presume) was walking around the store. That in itself rubbed me wrong because STOP PUTTING YALL BUSINESSES INTO PREDOMINATELY BLACK AREAS AND THEN HARASS US THE WHOLE TIME. LET YALL OWN PEOPLE SUPPORT YOU!! I chose this location because they never let down with product/ hair/etc. I was searching for a nice texture of braiding hair for a soft look. I choose Freetree 3 bundles French Curl. 10 out of 10.

This location has poor customer service and poor selection. I’ll drive 15 minutes to the next one where I know my money and service are appreciated
