Beauty Master

This store has a lot of stuff. We were primarily looking for the K-Beauty products they were advertising. They had a good selection and some of the sales are really good. They have lots of other things so it is worth taking a look. The store was fairly clean and bright, and the staff was friendly.

Shemell was so kind at the register today. Her costumer service skills were great and she made sure me and my mother’s needs were met before leaving the store. She really stands out amongst her peers. Thanks Shemell <33

Honestly, as wide of a selection they have—you can go to another store. The staff is kind and can be helpful, but the way they handle returns and exchanges you would think they have no interest in retaining any customers. Spent $221 at this location just to realize I bought the wrong hair length that evening once they were closed. Tried to exchange it at the other location the very next day—was told I was unable to do that because (despite being the same store) they are different locations. Spent another $281 at the second location getting the length I needed before my appointment. When I returned to this location they told me they were unsure why the other store denied me the exchange. They refused to give me a refund despite having now spent almost $500 at their stores, after I explicitl
