Beauty Master

I bought a piece of clothing from Beauty Masters Beauty Supply in Douglasville, Georgia on November 3, 2025 and the clothing had a ripped seam and the threads were coming out of it. I was not even gone from the store for more than 15 min. I did not even try on the product. I literally just drove home opened saw that it was torn and drove back. I tried to return it and they said no. Make sure you look over everything before you purchase it or even leave the store because they will not take it back no matter what. I have also purchased other clothing from them that did not fit. It was like pulling teeth to even get them to exchange that and there was nothing wrong with those Item. Even if the product was damaged they won't take it back.

Be aware of purchasing fragrance from this store! It may not be authentic, which is what I’ve experienced! Completely disappointing! I purchased Lattafa Yara from here and scanned the QR code on the back of the box to learn that it wasn’t authentic and the fragrance smells like alcohol. I reached out to the store to speak with a manager, and of course they don’t offer refunds. However, I was able to report it to Lattafa’s website.

Today I would like to give 5 stars to Phadera and all this associates for their excellent customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly, personable, polite, and professional. I felt the love and kindness. I would definitely recommend this location.

I always have excellent service at this location. Jade G helped me today with an exchange in which I was wrong about a product. I asked for a manager and they confirmed that I was wrong. During the process Jade remained calm and professional even though being wrongly accused. I have worked in customer service and I know that it is sometimes hard to maintain composure under certain circumstances. Jade I hope you are promoted and thank you for your excellent service today.

Sign shows 2 combs at certain size for $2.00. I go purchase the combs and they rang up $1.49 each. I didn't notice until after I paid for them. I took a picture of the sign and asked for a price adjustment she comes back and says both combs have to be black! They kept my money and said I could only get a store credit!
