This place has everything. If they don't have it, they will help you find it. Love coming here to browse around....and I love my new hat!

This is my favorite beauty mart in the area. They have a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & articulate staff. A lot of variety in products here. If you shop there a lot it's a good idea to get their discount card (free). It also allows them to save the products you buy in their system in case you want to find a particular type of hair you used at a later time. Plus they give out free samples of products to see if their customers would like them to order it for the store ! Love this place !

This place is nothing but a money grabbing scam! I bought barrettes here, and when I went to open the pack every last barrette broke. I called them to let them know about the issue and they still found a way to blame me. I will never go to this place again. It’s better to support your own anyway! They don’t do anything for our community with the amount of money they get from us.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I purchased hair from here. When I got home, I opened the package & realized 2 bundles were missing. I went back to the store the following day to let them know the bundles were missing. They accused me and/or my family of stealing them which is absolutely ridiculous & very offensive. Please spend your money elsewhere as this establishment is extremely unprofessional & took no accountability for their actions.

I happened to be in the store ( ear hugging) when that young lady came in that purchased hair that was missing 2bundles and she explained her situation with respect. The owners wouldn't give her the benefit of the doubt. We spend a lot of our money in these non black owned hairs stores. Even though they supply our every need basically when it comes to our hair products we should think about going elsewhere. This pertains to the other store they own also. (Beauty World) Think about it what would giving her 2 bundles do to their pockets??
