Beauty Mart

I purchased a product from Beauty Mart and returned the very next day with my receipt, simply asking for an exchange—not a refund. The product left residue despite the packaging claiming otherwise. Even with proof of purchase and a respectful approach, the owner refused to offer an exchange. When I asked which products actually work and don’t leave residue, she couldn’t give a clear answer. It’s disappointing when a business can’t stand behind its products or offer basic customer care. I’ll go ahead and take my business elsewhere—there are plenty of other beauty supply stores just down the road that actually value their customers.

Me and my sister have been shopping here for years, getting different hair items and nail polish, and other things. The gentleman that we know never really gave us any problems, we just kid and have fun! This place is great for our hair needs!

The lady working was really ready to go home. Which would of been great except she just left 4 people standing line to check out. While she was looking for her key. I had a few more questions, i guess my time was not important.

I agree with the other review. It's okay. I try and wait until I go to Dallas or Arlington. The eye lashes are over priced ($1.50) you can easily get the somewhere else for .99 cents. Also they don't have a large hair selection in colors and only carry cheaper brands like milky way. It's a good place if you're having a hair emergency or in my case are in a hurry and need something quick.
