Beauty Magic

I am a licensed professional for over 20 years that has frequent this location. I also refer clients to this hair store specifically. I walked in and hopes to purchase a great amount of hair and hair supplies. I was told that licensed professionals get a discount. After reminding the cashier about the discount...he stated that I would get taxes free... They no longer give beautician discounts. After calculating my own items I came to the conclusion that I had no discount, and paid all my taxes plus. After confronting the young man about a itemized receipt which he stated he could not supply me with...and after me doing my own calculation ...I realize not only did he lie about a discount. But in actuality charged me a bit more than the items. I asked for a full refund. I will not return.

I love this store I'd rather shop here than in my own city..they're really nice and professional

Poor customer service. They posted a sign that says you can only try on 3 wigs. Well if you do not wear wigs, how would you know what kind looks GOOD on you, so you need to try more than 3. They have so many that I can probably spend a couple of hours. However, I think that rule is awful, so I gave them $1,00 and gave them the hair protective thing & walked out. I noticed no one was in the store - too bad. Jan. 8, 2020

First experience there was good. The worker was Asian and very helpful. We were there with our service dog, but the second time we walked in, the two Asian workers stopped us at the door, pointed to the dog and said something in their native language to each other. They told us someone had allergies and made us leave. Rude- never going back. (I believe they were lying anyway)

I took back a pair of earrings that were broken when I got ready to wear them the owner wouldn't give me a replacement pair because it was five days over the monthly purchase date. I explained I'm disabled and its had for me to get out at times. I spent a lot of money in this store I'll go to Jacksonville from now on.
