I’ve spent a lot of money at this Beauty Island over time. My sister has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2007 and referred me to this store. She had an account on file that allowed me to receive a 10% professional discount, but I was told the account was not in the system. When asked for her license, I initially showed a screenshot that had expired. I immediately contacted my sister and provided her current, valid license directly from the state board website. Despite this, I was told the associate had to “ask first” whether my sister would need to physically come into the store, which caused unnecessary back and forth. The associate, Fatou, was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She refused to hand me my bag and said, “You gon have to come get it over here,” w

Monique is a jewel . This is a cool new hair store, black owned. I got everything I needed from there. I would definitely recommend.

First time ever coming here, they followed me the whole time and I understand they probably had some incidents but it’s just made for an uncomfortable experience. Also the wigs are cheaper online Update Now why would I find a random hair shop and post this? Please take some accountability. Report it then 😂

They were nice enough I went here while waiting on my daughter to get out of class. Only complaint is I've never been to a beauty store that doesn't offer a military discount, especially with them being so close to a base. If I'm nearby again I may return
