The prices at this store are excessively high. The sale price is often just the original price, and even then, it's high. They inflate the promotion/sale price to make you believe you're saving money or getting a good deal when you're not. I compared prices at Beauty Master and they were definitely cheaper for the same products, which surprised me because they are usually expensive too. Also why is the tax almost $10? Other stores in the same area don't have such a high tax rate. It's ridiculous and feels like a scam when people's money is being take advantage of.

This is one of the best beauty supply stores there is. I drove from Decatur to Douglasville just to visit this store.

I will never shop at this store again. I recognize that the jewelry is costume, but they sell defective jewelry that you won’t even get one wear and then they refuse to exchange it for a pair that is operable. My daughters and I have literally spent hundreds of dollars in this store but no more! We will drive the extra time to spend our money at another beauty store!

These ladies are the sweetest, most patient & knowledgeable individuals. They are awesome & they got EVERYTHING your looking for. Definitely one of my favorite beauty supply stores....

I'm a frequent shopper at this store and usually have a seamless experience. However, during my recent visit, I encountered Symarah at the checkout register, and unfortunately, she had a very poor attitude. Her demeanor was not conducive to providing good customer service. Perhaps a behind-the-scenes role would be a better fit for her. Regardless, I hope to have a more pleasant experience during my next visit.
