I’ve given this store more than one chance, and I’m honestly done. Most recently, I bought a synthetic wig that looked AMAZING in the store under their lighting and mirrors. It looked full, natural, and flattering. But when I got home and saw it in normal lighting, it looked completely different — bulky, unnatural, and very obviously wig-like. The difference was shocking. By the time you realize it, you’re stuck because they do not allow returns on wigs. What makes this worse is that this is not my first bad experience here. A while ago, I came in for human hair bundles and specifically asked for the cheapest option that was still good quality. The worker pointed one out and spoke very highly of it. I trusted the recommendation. That hair lasted on my head maybe 4 days before it started

Truly shocked by the lack of helpfulness from this business. Note to whoever reads this, when a potential customer calls, your staff should answer the phone with a friendly tone, ready to help. That’s how you get even more money into the door. Appalled by the phone decorum with this establishment.

If I could give it no stars I would!! The cashier and so called security person have the nastiest attitudes!! The cashier doesn't want to speak to you let alone talk to you. It's as if she doesn't want you there!! We keep your store open!! If you don't want us there then shut down or move!! I will not be returning to the store I'm Parkville!!

This store offers a variety of hair supplies including colorful Bobby pins. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable on where to get all of the items I requested. You know they are doing something right when the line is wrapped like an amusement park line. Worth the wait and visit for last minute hair supplies.

The customer service is horrible. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff were not interested in assisting me. The employees seemed completely absorbed in their own conversations, chatting and laughing with each other as if they were at a party. They didn't even acknowledge my presence, let alone offer to help me find what I was looking for. When I tried to approach them, they barely looked up, and their expressions seemed to say, "Why are you bothering us?" Their attitude was dismissive and rude, making me feel like an inconvenience. When I asked for assistance, they provided minimal help, and it was clear that they were not invested in ensuring I had a good shopping experience.
