Shopped here several times in the past and never had an issue. On my Last visit I asked about a specific hair care product and the guy there said “Nope”. I asked do you no longer carry it? I have purchased it there before so it was a genuine question. He was completely silent no reply what so ever. So I kindly sat the other items I was planning on purchasing down and walked out. Went across the way to the other beauty supply store, found and purchased everything I needed. So I will be going there from here on out.

I recently paid $18.66 to get to this beauty supply just for the door to be barred shut and closed at 2:00pm on a Saturday. And their phone number is disconnected. Horrible

I like this store but could you consider adding a delivery option please. I think this would be very beneficial to people struggling with transportation. Thank you 😊 🙏

This is a desperate business!!! my teenage sister came here for extensions but one of the employee who was following her around convinced her to buy one of their expensive wigs, it was by the time they close , when we get there in the morning, we told the owner that the girls is under 18 years old and the debit card she used belong to somebody else.but they refused either exchange or refund. Hope you feel better for earning money in such situation. Bad customer service!!! If you are looking for affordable product and fairly business, I recommend you visit another store.

Very nice people but it's a hurry up and buy process lol they follow you from the time you walk in till the time you leave. 😂
