Beauty Giant

I’ve been looking for a new beauty supply store in my area and finally checked this one out last week. The store was pretty organized and had a decent selection of hair care and skincare products. I liked that the staff was friendly and willing to help me find what I needed, even though it got a bit busy at times. Prices were reasonable compared to some other places I’ve been to, and I found a few products I’ve been wanting to try for a while. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I’d probably come back when I need to restock.

My husband and I visited today to get some cologne and perfume made! Super impressed with the quality, selection and price! The customer service was fantastic as well! We will most certainly be back!

Went in store to purchase razors for shaving knife, I stood at counter while employee ignored me and looked at his phone for approximately 5 minutes. After standing so long with no response I walked out and will never go back. This is how some of these foreigners treat black people. They will set up businesses in your hood and take advantage of many because they feel that you cannot go anywhere else. We need to have our own stores because these people only care about our dollars.

Thé store is very messy and cluttered. There isn’t a large variety when it comes to hair but a lot of redundancy within a few brands. It seems like a scam to not put your prices on the product or one sign at the location of the product if you have an issue putting a price on individual items. I’ll find somewhere else that makes me feel better to spend my hard earned money.

I purchase what we thought was a lace front wig for $160 from this place. The wig was not lace front. It isWorth10 bucks at best. The part didn't not exist at all. Just a hot mess. He claims it's real hair. But it wouldn't even straighten with the flat iron. Wasted$160. Never buy from this place. If you want a real place front, go somewhere else
