Although I do like my nails, the process was subpar. I left with the skin ripped from under my nail on 1 finger, cuticles on 3 fingers bleeding and most finger cuticles irritated, and a toe that has been bleeding even after my visit. I had hopes because of the reviews, but unfortunately I’m now left to possibly dealing with an infection that I’ll have to watch out for on my trip soon and negative $140. As an honest reviewer, based on my experience I would not recommend it. I would also like to add that the autoclave was not used once during my visit and most equipment used was definitely reused with other people without disinfecting which was super disappointing.

Really nice place everyone is lovely and kind they speak English and Spanish as well the service is easy going and fast you get what you ask for. It was really a great experience for me try their pedi spa you’ll feel like working on clouds after.

I've been to this salon a few times and had no complaints until today. I walked in and one tech was finishing up a pedicure. The other tech xame from the back and asked what I needed done. I said a pedicure and she said okay pick your color and have a seat at any station, I did exactly that and sat down. The tech beside me finished up the pedicure she was working on then got up and sat at her desk. I thought she was going to get something to get started with me but she did not. I sat there for another 10 minutes and nobody said anything to me. I then started putting my shoes on because I was not waiting any longer, I was the only customer in the salon. As soon as the lady saw me putting on my shoes she asked if I was leaving, when I told her yes thats when she claimed someone else was comi

Overall, the service is inconsistent and my nails ended up lifting (I picked up a nasty fungus here). The service I used requires expertise, but it seems like some people are good in there and some people are not. I returned to the store and showed them that my nails were lifting. The first thing the receptionist said was that that can't happen in two weeks (no kidding!?!) OBVIOUSLY the damage was not apparent to me and the tech said/saw anything either. I am a costumer here for almost two years. IMPROPER TECHNIQUE is what happened here at some point and lack of a professional discernment. I am a nurse so at the first OBVIOUS sign of infection in my eyes, I responded! I still was charged $10 for the take off. UNACCEPTABLE!

I go here every time I want to get my nails done..but it’s a bit on the pricier side. Other than the price the service is amazing and these always last at least 3 weeks for me. Nail art is amazing and so is the shape of the nails I get.
