Since, I have been coming here Jada has been attentive to all my needs. When I am unsure of what hair to get she always points me in the right direction. Jada is great in customer service and she is always willing to help me out with any questions I have. It is vital to have these skills in a business. I’m all for supporting blacked owned businesses and once I discovered this was black owned I stopped to spend my money there instead of the one down the street. However the moment I walked in the store I felt uncomfortable. The following around constantly asking if I need help finding anything when I JUST came through the door is unsettling. Not every person who comes through the door is looking to STEAL. The lady even took my items that I was purchasing out my hand and to the register…I didn’t even have time to look at the other items they had to see if I wanted anything else. Probably will not be returning.

You guys had a lot of good stuff don’t get me wrong. But if you have to follow every customer around the store that makes it very uncomfortable to shop especially when you have 0 reason to follow them. I want to be able to shop peacefully without someone watching me as if im a child you guys even had access to locking your doors. Just next time I come please let me shop in peace the last experience was very uncomfortable.

Love that there is a large Variety of products to choose from.
