Beauty Express Beauty Supply Store

I’ve been in that store twice in the last week and both times they’ve been rude.. especially the clerk Nakea… they do not speak and both times I went in there, they just looked at me and said nothing. The first time I went in there Nakea was on her phone and I had to wait until she finished texting. Super rude and No customer service. And I was charged different prices for the same items I bought 2 days ago. Nakea didn’t know the prices of the items I bought. I told her what I paid for the same items 2 days ago but she didn’t acknowledge what I was saying and continued to ask the other 2 ladies in the store. Only one of the ladies said a price but the price she quoted was $2 more than what I paid 2 days ago. Highly disappointed in customer service! Especially the cashier Nakea! Super rude!

Great store in Greenwood, MS. They have a good selection of braiding hair.

Manager and beauty associates were very helpful with everything that I needed especially April definitely would recommend shopping with them in Greenwood,Ms

This is my favorite store. I love it so much sometimes I just come to chill. I do everything in this store but steal😂lol I’m here now and I don’t want to leave. And the employees are amazing and a big help.

Nakea and the staff are amazing they are always willing to help. Great atmosphere and great staff.
