I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at the Greenwood, MS Bath & Body Works. I went in to exchange a damaged candle with a visible hairline crack and spilled wax. Instead of helping me, multiple associates were called over, and the manager came from the back while on her cell phone. She spoke about me to the other employee instead of addressing me directly and pointed her finger while talking when I asked what my options were and that I wanted an exchange. I was incorrectly told the candle was not available in the store and that I could only receive a $14 credit. This was false — I personally found the exact same candle on the shelf, with the same number which they stated the numbers were different and that was the reason I couldn’t get an exchange. No

Upon entering Bath & Body Works to purchase exclusive men's products, I was taken aback by the disappointing state of the store's entrance, which unfortunately stood out as the dirtiest in the entire strip. The presence of spider webs and accumulated dirt on windows, doors, and the awning left me shocked. Witnessing people navigate through the visibly unclean entrance was concerning. It's perplexing that a store representing a reputable company allows such neglect. This experience highlights the need for attention to cleanliness, not only for the store's reputation but also for the comfort and satisfaction of future patrons. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive nudge toward addressing and improving the cleanliness standards at this location.

Clerks were more concerned with stocking and rearranging displays, than assisting customers. The cashier didn't speak to me because she was already in conversation with her coworker, and proceeded to toss my 23 items in a bag as she scanned them. Hope all the tops are on well and nothing got cracked. On another note, they should have a sign that lights up.

Visited this location Saturday in Greenwood. Vibe was horrible. Instead of being greeted by the worker, I received a frown and an eye roll. I politely put the shopping bag back and left.

Love the ladies they were so helpful and indeed great sales rep. ... Spent $40 extra dollars but overall well worth it
