Beauty EXPO ‘The Hair, Beauty & Barber Supply Warehouse’ OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

This young women is obnoxiously really rude. Don’t have any customer service experience and wants you to greet her when she’s supposed to be greeting her customers I just don’t get her then doesn’t want to tell me where are the items that I need to get highly disappointed… moral of the story non helpful and just rude

Good evening, I went to buy some hair coloring product for my daughter on a Sunday. We usually go to the smaller beauty supply competitor close by this area. The establishment is clean, well stocked with many different hair and beauty products. The polite lady in front was nice. I wish they had some additional customer service assistance on the floor for any additional assistance in finding certain products or any questions. Maybe, it was a wrong time of the day to visit this beauty supply establishment? Thank you

I always shop here but today was like “yeah I’m not going any where else” Aram was supper helpful and sweet to my mom. She was a little hot and he offered her a water and was genuinely concerned about her. Love it and this store.

Horrible customer service during 4pm on December 8th the black young lady In there have a strong attitude like she’s mad at the world giving back hetic lip service and was worse than the dmv she need to be removed from the staff because I come to this store often and if not I’ll keep making reports because this was the worst experience ever . Please and thank you please fix her issue and attitude because it will ruin your business thx again and she didn’t want to give her name
