Truly love this store. They are always so accommodating and considerate. Came in on this visit to exchange some braiding hair for a different color and they swapped it out with no questions asked. Marquisha helped me at the register, she was very friendly, provided amazing customer service and even wished me happy holidays. This is the exact reason why I travel from Hollywood every time, bypassing all those other stores to come here. They treat their customers right and prices are great too.

Hands down, best hair store I have been to in a while. Love their sales, and how they have someone there to install wigs. Love the rewards club, good incentive for loyal customers. And even the staff is very helpful but I must say Whitney is a gem there. Very personable. I even gave her a tip.
