Romana provided a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment upon my arrival to her salon this afternoon. She confidently and clearly explained the process of preparation, the procedure, and required aftercare. My expectations for the hair-stroke eyebrows had been high based on the recommendations I had received for her services prior to making my appointment, my results exceeded those expectations. I have visited Ramona several times in Fredericksburg, and each experience has been wonderful. She is exceptionally kind and patient, and the entire process was both exciting and enjoyable. My eyebrows were naturally very straight, but she skillfully created a beautiful, natural arch. On a later visit, I had a lash lift, and she once again exceeded my expectations—transforming my previously straight lashes into a perfectly lifted, elegant look. I can’t wait to visit again, I receive so many compliments from my colleagues at college ❤️
