Beautiful store! Huge selection of every product! Perfumes and cologne I have never seen before! You gotta come experience it for yourself! The staff that assisted us were helpful.

Great store but if you a person of color be prepared to be followed like you a thief. They play it off like they straighten up things on the shelf but all the time they following you. I don’t need to steal anybody products. I make money so no need to still. I just want some slouch socks because they cheap here. Please stop following people like they are criminals because of their skin color. If someone of color took something that doesn’t mean all of us fit that stereotype. Do I need to open one for my people of color so we feel comfortable browsing. IJS

I love this beauty store. The staff are always helpful. The owner is so friendly and makes the experience one of the best you’ll get in the area. They are always stuck with just about everything you need and their minimum amount to spend in order to use a card is one dollar. That’s a plus because some of these places have five to $10 limits.

The store was very neat and organized. Despite that, this is by far the worst beauty supply I have been to in Raleigh. Everywhere else people are nice, or at the very least not rude. The older Korean woman and two Hispanic girls were extremely off-putting. I definitely won't be back!

Happy Tuesday Everybody! Today, I enjoyed my SELF-CARE moment. The moment I entered Beauty En.V, as always.....a very welcoming, warm, professional, positive shopping experience. Song, the store manager,immediately provided me not only help, but, also suggestions. Song knew colors that would look good on me!!! Wow!!! Shopping there " IS A VIBE!!!!" I have shopped there for several years. Song absolutely brings incredible professional customer service!!! I am A Life-Executive-Personal Development Coach and Human Resource Consultant, who has an eye and spirit for observing customer service. I left today feeling uplifted and refreshed.
