This is the dirtiest hair/makeup place I’ve ever been to!! The carpets look so gross it almost made me want to vomit. Everything is outdated and severely cluttered and dirty like I walked into an episode of Hoarders. Seems like the store owners don’t have the money or care to clean and turn on the air conditioners. Very bad customer service.

I love Heather! She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Her store has the best selection of braid hair in Richmond!

Going into stores nowadays you expect to hear the bell chime announcing your entry...what you don't expect is the welcoming voice of the store staff offering the greeting. They went even further giving full assistance which ended with a pleasant farewell. I could honestly say their genuine customer service could make you spend on something you may not even need. Thank You for being an example of premium retail.

After all these years I'm surprised this place is still open. It's the dirtiest place I've been to, I didn't buy nothing. I was scared to touch anything. It was too dusty and old damaged products, faded jewelry and way too cluttered with old used junk, gotta be careful walking you might trip over the something. I don't shop here for NOTHING, I wouldn't even buy a comb..... NEXT!!!!
