The store appeared disorganized, with boxes and products scattered throughout. Some boxes obstructing the aisle added to the clutter. While I was in the back of the store, I overheard a woman (whose role I didn't initially know) call out from the front, "Is there anyone else in the store?" I suspected she knew of my presence, as I had spoken to her upon entering, and she had seen my car parked in front of the door. She repeated the question, and the man informed her I was in the back. She then made her way where I was and asked if everything was okay. I wondered if this level of attention was truly necessary or if it was an attempt to monitor my activities or is that her thing. The man, whom I later learned was the owner, seemed to be okay.

Store isn’t that big so you may not find the items you are looking for. Prices not marked on all items. Cashier WILL rush you so if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for Id suggest another store with patient employees!

I placed an online order for 15 sparks nautical blue and 15 sparks red hot hair color. It took two weeks to be delivered and when it arrived everything had exploded and not one red hot came with it just a giant jumble of red like colors, NOT what I ordered at all. Run from this store

I will start off by saying the man that greeted me at the door was very kind and helpful. He allowed me to make my exchange when he didn’t have to. Although I didn’t find what I was looking for I was very appreciative of his kindness. Good customer service is not common in this line of work regarding returns/ exchanges. I will be returning.
