The old hispanic security guard who was standing in front of the door this evening was very very rude for know reason. I asked him what time they close as I was walking in because it was 8:15 and i didnt see the hours on the door, so i asked and he gave me the dirtiest look, like he hated my guts, he didn't respond so I asked again and he reluctantly mumbled 9. Then on my way out he stood there blocking the door scrolling through his phone, I'm like excuse me. He didn't say a word just continued to scroll like I wasnt even there and I ended up just walking out of the entry door. Gross behavior.

You should at the very least honor your labeled prices! The hair I typically buy was labelled 13.99 but I found one pack labeled 11.99. The clerk refused to honor the 11.99 price and ripped the price sticker off and replaced it with one that said 13.99. I needed six packs anyway and would have been fine paying 13.99 for the others. . . Out of principle I won't be returning here. Also, prices have gone up drastically. Those packs of hair used to be 9.99 I guess those tarrifs finally hit.
