This store is absolutely a great place to get all your beauty needs. Everything is nicely displayed and organized. However, the best part of my shopping experience was the help, opinion and assistant given by Mulan. She is knowledgeable, efficient and has excellent communication/people skills. I always love shopping here. However, they watch your every move while you are in the store. It is a good thing that they always have the products which I need. I do not own a retail store and I know that retail theft is real, so they are probably just doing what they have to do to keep things from walking out. Even though I am committed to supporting small businesses, sometimes I do feel like going to a larger store to avoid being watched like that. All stores have cameras, but they go out of their way to send someone to pretend to fix things on the aisle that you are in.

This past Thursday, I purchased three bundles of the ombre burgundy human hair. Unfortunately, this hair wasn’t any good and I had to find out on my birthday. I had the hair installed and wore two different white shirts only to find out that the hair bled onto them. This was a waste of money, after five days I am now going to have to take the hair out. $250 down the drain. Not including the cost of the 2 new shirts I just bought. I reached out to the store and spoke with the store manager who told me that there was not anything he can do. My advice do not purchase any human hair from this store, it’s poor quality and poor customer service. Very disappointed. I drove 4 hours to look for better hair colors than what's around where I live, and I found exactly what I was looking for at this store. Nowhere in a 2hr radius of me had dark green, but this place did, and I'll definitely be back because the selection was so much better than anywhere I looked in Georgia. They also had the perfect blue I'd been looking for also.

Largest selection of just about everything and anything you can think of beauty related. Prices are reasonable. Staff is mediocre. Not the most helpful or friendly.
