I’ve been a tenant for almost a year and I love it here! The installations are luxurious, quiet, and clean. The suites are the perfect size and the price point is amazing considering how spacious and luxurious the location is. It’s the perfect location, right off the freeway so it makes it easy for clients to come see us from anywhere. Minty and Lucy are so welcoming and understanding, could not see myself renting a suite anywhere else.

My experience renting this suite was absolutely excellent. It provided the perfect professional environment for me to grow S.T. Beauty Lab and serve my clients in a clean, beautiful, and welcoming space. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was professional, and management was always supportive and responsive. Renting here currently has been amazing! The staff are so helpful with answering any questions I have and my suite is so pretty! They fixed it all up from the previous tenant and I love how spacious it is, as well as the freedom to decorate how I'd like. Beautiful and elegant! I love the environment. As soon as my clients come in they right away comment on how beautiful it is. I love my independence and the freedom of managing my own work space. Renting a suite here has assured me that comfortability as an independent contractor!

This studio is truly breathtaking! It’s so beautiful on the inside and it’s so well kept. I decided to rent a room at this location and couldn’t be happier. The owner, Minty, is one of the nicest people and makes renting there the best experience. You have freedom to decorate your room as you would like and the other renters are super kind as well. Overall has been a great experience and I would highly recommend renting a room or just getting a service done here!
