Beauty Club Plus

I would not recommend this beauty store under any circumstances. From the moment I walked in, I was completely ignored—none of the three employees made any effort to greet me or offer assistance. When I finally asked for help, the lady with red hair was unhelpful, so I asked to speak with the manager who wasnt and according to both of them never there. The older lady with orange-toned hair had a visibly rude attitude, while the girl with black hair just stood there pretending to organize things, clearly more interested in watching than helping. Getting the manager’s name was a hassle, with endless excuses instead of solutions. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to refer me to a competitor to make my purchase. As I was leaving, the employee with reddish hair tried to make a snid

The service is amazing! The staff knows their stuff and is always helpful. They always have everything I am looking for too, even if I didn't know I wanted it!

I move to rancho 3 years ago & my daughter to she stay closer then I do .when she took me there I haven’t stop there so nice & helpfull . I’m forever in there lol I love there wigs & earrings & braiding hair plus more .im going there today

It's a cook okay looking for a personal items hair pins rubber bands clips file emery boards. You get some kind of reward system for being a member and entering your information. Sounds okay 👍

They have some really beautiful wigs -long, short, colored, braided etc. I like that they allow you to try in wigs even the lace front. Limit is 5. The customer service is overall great. The girl know their stuff but they are not pushy. They lots of other hair products shampoos, gels, hair glue, relaxer etc. They have other stuff make up, lashes, nails etc. Its a one stop shop! I absolutely Love this spot
