Beauty Club Plus

I visited as a first time customer today. I came in, greeted one of the associates with a hello and a smile, and asked for a type of product. She sighed and led me to where they were, but I could tell she wasn't thrilled to help me. I told her I needed to run home to get an item for a color match, and she didn't really respond. I got back, was looking through the products, and she YELLED from across the store at me not to open the bags. I have never been yelled at before. When I finally checked out the cashier (different person) was neutral but also not super friendly. I would have bought more things if I had not been treated disrespectfully. This store needs to improve it's customer service.

My first purchase at this store I spend almost 300 bucks. After being watch like a hawk…as if I was going to steal something. I went back again to make a small purchase to find out that I should have signed up for a rewards to get 20% off. The young lady told me to wait until I make a bigger purchase. Then I came back today to make another big purchase because I’m an out of town workers that’s working the wildfire. And this hair store is convenient. I ask the owner about the 20% off she stated she will give me 20% off. I showed her my working badge and everything. Get to the register she ask for my id. After seeing my working badge. She made me go to my car in the rain. To come with my id to tell me the discount is only for locals. And that she will give me only 10% off. After writing do

If you’re black do not come here, they are incredibly racist. I had been a loyal customers for years since they’ve opened. There’s a woman there with a red bob she attempted to assault me as I was trying to cancel my membership. After she assumed that I was about to steal a synthetic wig ( like cmon now ). Personally my favorite spot is right by El pollo Unico go there instead.

I went to buy $1000 worth of wigs, but was told I was not able to try any on. Perhaps come up with some system where you can see what the wigs look like before you purchase. Ended up taking my thousand dollars elsewhere.🤷🏽‍♀️

It was my first time in the store.i was greeted and helped right away. They have a beautiful selection with everything one could need. I asked about I needed and they had it in stock, as well as another that I wanted to compare with. Jason is who assisted me and he was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He told me about their rewards program and signed me up. I do not live close but will be shopping here frequently from here on out. The location is clean, neat, nice lighting, and spacious! I had been to 2 other beauty supply stores before going here that did not have what I needed. I’m so glad I ended up here! Thank you for great service today! Very much appreciated!
