Moe is amazing. First and foremost as a human, such a beautiful, peaceful and genuinely good woman. Which for me is the most important thing before we even get to the superiority of her lash artistry. On top of being a beautiful person, she is THE BEST lash artist I've ever been to... no comparison. Moe tattooed my brows and she did an amazing job. The service was microshading. I highly recommend her for brow services. She is very professional and patient.
