My little sister and I had our first visit to Beauty Box and it was a great experience with Vanessa! We both got trims and she listened carefully to what we wanted, making sure the length was perfect. She was especially patient and kind with my sister, which I really appreciated. Our hair looks healthy and refreshed, and she also gave me helpful product recommendations. We’ll definitely be back! 💕

Been coming here for 4 years for blonde highlights and shellac manicure. Love my stylist Erica, a true gem. I am very particular with my hair because it is stubborn to work with to lighten, but she knows how to work with it. Natural brunette. Beauty Box LA is its own community and place I look forward for my hair and nail appointments. Parking easy with free street, metered and public paid (inexpensive) lot across street behind WSS. Also grab yourself a coffee or tea at Btwentyfour Cafe a few steps away.

Elizabeth was fantastic- I had an outdoor wedding on a warm humid fall day (in 2022) and our hair and makeup held up fabulously throughout the entire event. She worked some serious magic! Thank you to her and the entire Beauty Box team (who help schedule us 3 ladies and were very sweet while we were there)!

TLDR: Elizabeth butchered my hair, it cost way too much, and I would not come here if you have very long hair. I've gotten a few haircuts here - the first was good, the second was okay, and the third was incredibly subpar. The stylists have all been very kind, but I have very long hair and I feel that with my two most recent cuts, the stylists didn't really know how to work with my length. In particular, my most recent stylist (Elizabeth) was not realistic with what she could do for me. This most recent cut butchered my hair, I could even tell SHE didn't like the result when she was done, she was almost even apologetic because she knew it looked nothing like what I asked for. My resulting cut did not look well blended at all, there was a very blunt divide in my layers which was not at al
