I wanted to shop here as I looked at the good reviews. I waited for the store to open at 8AM although the "open" sign was lit. At 8:01AM I went to open the door and it was locked, dark inside. I came to this beauty supply store as it was the only one locally shown to open at 8AM on Google. I was trying to squeeze in an impromptu purchase but had to leave as I was unsure how long it would take for them to arrive. The image attached to this review will show the time on the clock and the lit "open" sign but no one is there. Owners should have someone in place to ensure doors are open. That's revenue now being generated at another beauty supply store and with Golds Beauty Supply and USA Beauty less than a minute away, be mindful consistency is key.

I went to this location on a busy Friday night, seem to be working alone, but yet he was very attentive with all the customers. Jordan was very kind and polite, very patient with me, answer all my questions. He greeted everyone as you walked in. Very welcoming! There prices and customers service is hard to bet. Great job JORDAN!

I purchased $126 worth of merchandise. After looking at my receipt once I got in my car. I noticed I was up charged from the prices that were displayed on the merchandise. I went back inside the store to let clerk know that I was charged more from the price that was displayed on the merchandise. The clerk was trying to say,"I wasn't charged more; even after I showed him my receipt." They are clearly scamming and charging customers more than they are supposed to. Why is a wig cap $27.99?

The prices a bit too pricey… definitely would recommend going to another beauty supply store around. The store manager doesn’t have good customer service.

Guy at the front was amazing helped me find what I needed.The selection of accessories is amazing. COME HERE NOW
