My sister and I are in town from Dallas because she is getting treated at MD Anderson Cancer Center. We stopped in here to see if there was a wig for her because chemotherapy has taken her hair. We were taken care of superbly from the moment we entered the door and stayed so long that we learned every ones first names! Cynthia, Nykiah and Sal couldn’t have been more helpful, professional & compassionate. My sister is particular and has very high standards and was able to find the perfect quality wig that she had been searching for. Thank y’all for the 5 STAR SERVICE!!! Best hair store in town amazing custumer service

Beauty and Beyond has horrible customer services and limited variety short cut pixel wigs. Please check prices on items before purchasing and please make sure you get receipt that states they do not give refunds. I really enjoyed talking to guy running cash register so I trusted him and later thought about transaction realize he over charged me. The Manager/Owner does not know how to talk to customers or admit that Cashier made mistake. But, you do not tell me if you see you are getting great deal and do not think I am not justified to go off. I do not care about deal just want you to honor your prices and mistake but you end up giving me $10 back out $95 store credit with no receipt provided in case you need to at least exchange. Please be careful if you buy products from this shady

I came in today for a wig just to look at & got the answers I needed about a everything from I think Kayla or Kyla I forgot her name but she seems quiet which is okay long as she knows what she talking about & she did ! The store is nice looking too all the workers were awesome .
