I always told my American sister in law how great Ukrainian manicure service is, so for her birthday I recommended BeauTy Bar. It looks nice on Instagram and has 5 stars on Google Maps but that’s it, I guess… They messed up her appointment time, she spent 2 hours there, got a very sloppy manicure and there was no compensation for the waiting time. She specifically asked for an experienced technician and clearly got someone very new to the profession or with very little experience. Both of us are shocked and disappointed. I have honestly never seen such a bad manicure. Customer service was extremely poor. She paid $92 with tip and tax for this mess. I am embarrassed that I sent her there. This nail salon is absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for the most precise, beautifully designed nails, this is the place to go. The team specializes in Ukrainian manicure techniques, where the cuticle is treated with incredible attention to detail—so your manicure stays fresh and flawless for weeks. They create perfectly symmetrical nail shapes and truly customize each set. If you’ve never tried this technique, it does take longer than a standard manicure you might find at many Asian salons, but it is 100% worth it. Plan about two hours, and you’ll leave with nails that can last 3–4 weeks and still look perfect. The space itself is beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend Olya—she is an exceptional nail technician.

My nail tech Liza worked absolute magic—she restored life back into my nails and made them look so healthy and beautiful.
