First and foremost Kaitlyn is a true professional who is kind, a great listener, has beautiful energy, and provides phenomenal service. She is knowledgeable, accommodating, and exudes class! Today was my first facial service with her and booked my next as well. Not only did she provide services I booked with her but even customized it according to what she saw my skin really needed. Kaitlyn had me leaving feeling taken care of, especially when she used products for what my skin was showing it needed. Kaitlyn does amazing work for my eyebrows. I have sensitive skin and she’s gentle with waxing so that little to no irritation occurs. She’s able to mix my stain so it compliments my current skin and hair tone without looking abnormal for my face. She’s wonderful to talk to and always makes me comfortable and relaxed during my appointments.

I’ve been going to the beauty bar pretty much since it opened for my brows, and let me just say that Kaitlyn, the owner, runs an incredible business. This salon is so clean, it always smells amazing and every employee there is so talented and nice. They offer so many different services and every single one is so worth your money. I refuse to let anywhere else touch my brows. Kaitlyn slays my brows time and time again but everyone who works there is amazing. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I recently had the pleasure of being taken care of by Kaitlyn Baxter at Beauty Bar Lash + Brow Studio in preparation for an out of town wedding I was leaving for the next day. I booked my appointment for a lash lift+tint and brow sculpting with a stain online with ease and received prompt text updates relating to it. Walking into the salon, I was instantly impressed by the elegance of the decor, design, and yes even scent! Kaitlyn came to greet me and led me to her chair (sooo comfortable btw!) where I was able to express my fears to her.
