Took 2 hours and 45 minutes for a pedicure with the most aggressive woman, I tried to correct the shape multiple times before she put on the polish and it was the same thing but even worse when the polish went on... My cuticles were burning after since she stabbed into them multiple times. She was FILING MY SKIN. Was bleeding at one point too! Legit every one of my toes is in pain I don’t even understand what she was doing, I really hope I don’t get an infection. You can tell they don’t care about their customers experience more than they care about being right. Genuinely the worst experience ever.

This nail salon is quite pricey for an acrylic fill with gel polish. 50 my first visit. No issues to be fixed just fill with cutdown. My second visit which will be my last was 53.00 because she replaced the side of one nail she claimed water was underneath which was an additional 8.00. The math didn’t add up. Plus even with an appointment I waited 30 minutes.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I came one day to get the acrylic removed from my toes and to get gel polish done. the lady was aggressive and my cuticles were burning. I do not recommend this place at all!!

There is free parking and most of the techs are nice, but my gel manicure and pedicure has not cured all the way a few different occasions. My last experience the gels were peeling off less than 24 hours later so I went in and had them redone, only for the same thing to happen again two days later. Unfortunately, this was not the first time this has happened. The last tech I had relentlessly picked my cuticles with her fingernails on every finger which hurt, left me bleeding, and also seems unsanitary. I really want to love this place (a couple of the ladies are really, really sweet) and keep going back hoping it will get better, but not sure it’s worth it.

The worst nail salon experience I ever had . old polish the manicurist was weird and couldn’t polish to save his life.
