I’ve supported this beauty supply store consistently, but today was extremely disappointing. While I was shopping, I witnessed a male clerk screaming at a female employee completely unacceptable behavior, especially in a business that is overwhelmingly supported by women. The female employee handled the situation with grace, trying to brush it off by saying, “That’s just how we talk.” But no, that kind of behavior is not okay in any workplace, especially not in front of customers. Terrible customer service and no manners. Before today, no issues whatsoever. The person behind the counter, I’m guessing the manager, had something to say anytime my child was not glued to my side….she was 2 feet away from me. She was not disruptive, only asking if I could buy things and would put them back when I said no. Manager stood up and insisted I keep the child from touching ANYTHING saying HE decides what is ok or disruptive. I should’ve dropped everything where I stood instead of putting them back Never an issue in 5 years… I won’t be there again.

I have been to many hair store in my life but I've never felt more welcome than when I went to this store. Simone in the back is amazing, she take her time with us, she doesn't rush me. The boss man is super cool, he gave me a super discount and I really appreciate it. Thank you guys at beauty and beyond

Owner is extremely rude. The first time I came in here I asked if they had an item in the back because I seen nothing on the counter. He claimed that what is out there is all they got and he definitely had 0 customer service skills! Came by today at 8:50pm, the owner said rudely “are you going to buy something or what? We close in 10 minutes” I decided not to go im not spending money where it isn’t deserved. YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY COME HERE IF YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE TRASH.🗑

I advise each customer to not waste your money shopping at this location,they don’t value the customer, nor do they give refunds or care about the customer, the dollar seems to hold more value. The hair old and stale. One star is not worth the effort, after the worker tell me about the health department but yet pull the hair out of packaging and touches, then hand it back for me to wear it. I guess the health department should be a concern for the customer.
