go elsewhere to purchase your hair products. They sold me this alleged 100% human hair and my braided told me it’s definitely not 100% human hair. We used the flat iron on it and it melted proving that it’s not 100% human hair and has a mixture of synthetic hair ( which is plastic hence why it melted). I came back to the store to resolve this issue and they’re acting oblivious. They sell cheap product for high prices.

I purchased a straightening comb that got so hot it BURNED my hair. Since the product has no temperature control, I attempted to return the item WITH receipt today, showing her my scorched hair and the towel the iron was resting on when I attempted to use it. The store owner refused to return the item and had every excuse “this is old” “how many times did you use it” so I advised her that I’d be reaching out to the Consumer Protection Agency to handle it instead of going back and forth with her. She then attempted to snatch the item out of my hand to keep, at which point I immediately called the police. I’ll end this by saying BUYER BEWARE of this place. The staff accused my daughters of theft. From the moment we entered the store, we were visibly watched. My youngest needed some Vaseline, and my other daughters needed other hair care products. After feeling uncomfortable, we decided to put the products back and shop elsewhere. We were followed out of the store by an elderly Asian woman asking for the Vaseline she saw my daughter pick up. We informed her we put it back. She asked my daughter to come back in the store and point out where she put it to make sure we did not steal it. After she did so, she received a very quiet apology. First, if you are that concerned with theft, you should invest in more stringent anti-theft devices - ones that are not biased.
