This was my first visit to Beautifull Beauty Supply Store, and I was immediately stunned by the size of the store, and the impressive amount of inventory from hair, clothes, make up and jewelry. It was a little overwhelming walking inside but the bright, well-placed signs guided me to the products I needed. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and offered help when needed without scrutinizing me which was a pleasant departure from other visits to beauty supply stores. I was a little taken aback with the $1.00 fee to try on wigs, especially since I thought perhaps if you bought one of the wigs, that fee would be debited from your total (which other stores have done for me) but that is a flat rate regardless if you purchase hair or not. I’ve shopped here many times, but this experience was highly disappointing ! I bought 3 packs of human hair (just to be safe) which was $69 a pack for boho braids, asked about the return policy before completing the transaction and cashier just pointed to a sign at the counter. When I came back the next day to return the unused pack, I was told by the cashier that they don’t do returns on human hair and she said “ ITS NOT MY FAULT YOU DIDN'T READ THE SIGN” her tone and body language was unprovoked and was rude and dismissive—completely unprofessional. If the cashiers attitude and lack of disregard hadn’t been so bad, I would’ve just accepted the fact that I over purchased hair and just used it for my next set of braids, but NOPE !
