Beautiful U

I love coming here to get my eyebrows threaded. I was so sad when I came to the outlet and didn't see there shop by the pretzel shop. Turns out they moved and are now located upstairs next to the Pink Room Salon and 5th Ave.

Sometimes it's closed randomly, but when it isn't, there is amazing service for eyebrows; however, last time I went, there was someone new. I asked for just a trim & to leave my eyebrows thick, not only did she make them super thin, she cut my face in the process...I've never had an experience like that with threading, especially since I mention that my skin is very sensitive (and threading is generally a great way for sensitive people to get their eyebrows done), so if it's not perfect, it's ok, I just don't want any injury. A week later and I still have to let it heal and I can't wear make up to hide my thin eyebrows!! I used to go to Beautiful U when they were at the old Lakeforest Mall. Now they’re at Clarksburg Outlets, and they are better than ever! When I went in, they were very welcoming and friendly. The place is clean, and calming. As a walk-in, I figured that I would have to wait a little, but it wasn’t too long. Once I got my eyebrows threaded, I was beyond happy. She did an excellent job, and the owner came and gave me a free gift just for the wait! Plus she shared that in addition to their current services, they’re offering facials as well. Beautiful U will be my go to threading spot for now on!

Very disappointed in this place today. I went in and wanted to just get my eyebrows done I was being patient and waiting for about 10 mins I was next in line when they sat another lady down that came after me. Then one of the ladies that work there the one that checked me in asked if I had a cold because they heard me cough mind you a little cough when you feel like your throat itches nothing serious and I in-fact didn’t have a cold they the lady proceeded to tell me the lady that does the eyebrow threading has a weak immune system and didn’t feel comfortable I get it but they could of had the decency to tell me ahead of time instead of wasting my time mind I am pregnant and if anything my immune system is weak!! I feel like it was all an excuse next time they should ask every customer if

First visit went great, was a little nervous since I haven’t been here often and not sure what brow shape would look best but the technician was really reassuring and my eyebrows came out great! Glad I found a reliable spot.
