Beautiful Nails

So I have gone to Beautiful nails in 2420 Main Street Stratford, CT on and off through out the years. I have always had a great experience until today. I was very clear and direct about the pedicure services I had wanted. I wanted a French manicure with emphasis on my big toe nails being squared, I initially requested to add on acrylic services to the two big toe nails. The nail stylish claimed that I did not need it. We pursued on with the service, and she polished and asked me if I had liked the polish. I told her I did not like it, that my toe nail looked rounded instead of square. I then asked again can I please add on the acrylic services. She removed the polish and told me she gives up and does not want to continue the service. She left me sitting in the pedicure chair and no one w

Don’t go here if you’re African-American/ they suggest you set an appointment and I did just that to still wait an additional 15 mins with no apology.. nothing. Then when I asked about a pedicure I was shunned off. Trust me the service is great for non blacks but just not for us. Stay away

All my nails are uneven, different shapes and sizes, the french tip looks looks different on every nail, and she didn’t clean under my nails after the service. I asked for ombre french with white glitter, I even provided a reference photo for her to see throughout the appointment. I asked the nail tech multiple different times if she was able to complete what I asked for, and she reassured me yes. She proceeded to get the shape wrong, the color wrong, and didnt even do the ombre part. The salon didnt even have the correct glitter I asked for (a white shimmery glitter), which is fine, but why wait till the end when my nails are almost finished? She proceeded to try and give me this silver glitter and insisted it was the same glitter from the reference, which it wasnt. Then I said no glitter

My salon was very busy so I went here as a walk in (they prefer you to have an appointment). I was skeptical because I always go to the same place. I waited a little bit but the girl that did my pedicure did a good job. I had to wait for someone else to do my nails and she didn't disappoint overall it was a good experience. I have visited them again

This is my 3rd or 4th time coming here, and I really enjoy the professionalism and great service. I always get gel nails, and they last a long time. Love the service and you can’t beat the cost.
