Beautiful Nails

i came in for a polish change after getting them done at another salon. all i got was bubble bath and i could tell the polish was very uneven and clumpy but i still tipped $5. i went back in and nicely asked for my money back and the man, who i assumed is the owner, refused to give me all my money back. he gave me $15 back when i paid $30 and he said i could only get all my money back if i got my polish completely drilled off after i stated i didn’t have enough time to get them taken off. my mom called the salon and the man hung up on her when she asked them to give me my money back. i went back in a second time and the man raised his voice and refused to give me my money back including the $5 tip i left. there was no one in there and i will never be coming back.

I went on a weekday afternoon for a walk-in pedicure. They are transparent with their options and pricing, which I appreciate. I thought the prices were reasonable as well. Lots of gel colors to choose from. Everything seemed sanitary and clean. Staff was very friendly. You can book appointments online, which is what I will do when I go back!

DO NOT GO HERE! I came here because online said they offer student discounts and I called to make sure and they said they did, however when I walked in and while signing in I asked again if they offered a student discount and they said no but then after telling them I looked online and called and the answer was yes they said if you pay cash we give a discount. I sat down and the guy doing my nails started shaving down the dip I had on with one of the tools but he never stopped to put my nails in nail polish remover with foil he just kept drilling even after he got to my natural nail. I started asking him questions such as how much the student discount was and I was also trying to make small talk but he told me to stop talking and he rolled his eyes at me. Communication was not good and I had to tell two different nail techs what I wanted. They only spoke amongst each other to the point when I tried to ask him about the design I wanted, he brushed me off because he assumed and started doing what he thought I wanted. The quality of the nails are not worth what I paid, I could have done this at home. No cleaning of the cuticles, all the prep was just drilling my nail and slapping the acrylic layer and color. The Tech even got irritated at me asking to swatch the color on my nails. Very uncomfortable experience for me, and as someone that does not get my nails done frequently I feel like they could tell and decided to not give proper services

Great service! I got a pedi, eyebrow wax by Lyn, and beautiful nail art by Johnny. It was the first time I have ever been to this Nail Salon. Johnny is a TRUE artist!!! I was not disappointed by the reviews he had received. Oh, by the way, I felt their prices were very reasonable! Thank-you ♡
