Tried the place out by booking a back to back massage chair and steam sauna session ($60 total). I got the room with all of the automated gizmos to myself. The reception was helpful in showing me how to use everything. The massage chair was turned up to high pressure and high speed. It felt like a medium pressure human massage roughly. It was nice! And the massage chair had a couple of settings for posture and different targeted massage options. The room smelled nice and had calming music playing. The steam sauna is basically a pod with boiling scented water that you sit with your head sticking out. It was actually nice to not have my head immersed in the steam. Highly recommend!!! Amy made my entire experience incredibly relaxing, honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She started with a face massage, and even though I get facials regularly, this was on another level. I didn’t expect it to be *that* calming, but it was amazing. Then she moved into a full body massage that was exactly what my body needed. Her technique is confident and intuitive, you can tell she truly knows what she’s doing. I went for a couples massage and the whole place is such a vibe (which really matters to me). Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming. We also did the infrared sauna session afterward, and it made the entire experience feel even more top-notch. They offer so many options! Already looking forward to booking again!

This was my very first experience with a head spa service, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calming and welcoming, and Amy truly made the entire experience unforgettable. The service itself was incredibly relaxing — exactly what I needed to unwind and recharge. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next appointment. I will absolutely be back!

I have been extremely tired and run down from the winter blues and working long hours in the ER, taking care of everyone but me. So today, I treated myself to a self care day! I went with the Meyer's Cocktail and added Biotin to my IV, all while sitting in the best massage chair of my life. My upper back and feet have been so sore, this machine magically removed all of the tension I had. I finished my day with a red light therapy sauna, and when I tell you, THIS IS THE GREATEST I HAVE FELT ALL WINTER. The staff here are incredible and so caring about creating a space that allows people to feel this good. Thanks for making my self care day a 10/10!
