Beautiful Image With Lucy

I was referred to her by a friend, got to the location the greeting was good good customer service. however I did start of by telling her I have long hair down to my waist, I want long layers No V cut and miss Lucy decided to get creative and over cut my hair length, did the V cut and left me with a chopped long piece of hair. very unsatisfy even though hair grows but I pay for what I asked for not to have a stylist make a project with my hair. I don't recommend anyone with long hair to go because it will get chopped up.

I have been going to Lucy for several years now and meant to always write a review. Well if I have continued to go to her you know what I am going to say! She is a wonderful talented individual. She is very accommodating to your schedule for appointments. I always get compliments on my hair! Thank you Lucy.....

I live in BAJA and we were in town for a few days..the motel suggested her salon as it is nearby. Lucy refuses to do what you request. 1/ I told her I wanted my hair long enough to put in a pony tail...I have no pony tail. 2/ I told her I wanted all my hair the same length. I specifically told her I did NOT WANT my hair in front longer or shorter than the rest of my hair. My hair in front is longer....even when I was there I told her to cut some of it shorter so all my hair was the same length. Still she did not listen...my hair in front is longer than the rest of my hair. 3/ my scalp is itchy...either she uses cheap shampoo or she did not rinse my hair and scalp very well. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the work she did. I gave her a large tip...because she worked a long time on me.

I made an appointment with Lucy. I arrived and she was ready for me. She cut my hair like I wanted and I got a refreshing hairwash. I feel ready and clean cut to face another work day tomorrow. Thanks Lucy.

Great place, great customer service! Made an appointment with Lucy and got a haircut including wash. Hard to stay still because she was very funny.
