Beautiful iBrows

Found this little gem hidden opposite the apple store next to a cookie shop. This is my 2 nd visit and I have to say Phabna does some great shapping of the brows.Not everyone can get your brows a beautiful shape, but this woman knows how to get them right without any mistakes. 5 stars for her. Very clean salon which I highly recommend for brows.I havent tried anything else but am sure these girls know what they are doing.

DON’T COME HERE!! By far the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I’m postpartum and am already struggling with so much hair loss on my head and to have to go through this is emotional unbearable. I’m truly devastated. Especially as someone’s whose hair doesn’t grow back quickly. I asked to just get my brows cleaned just to find that she completely removed the entire half end of my eyebrows!! And not only that cut them and made them look like they got chopped by a 3 year old. I can’t even make this up. On top of all this she had the audacity to blame the shape of my brows. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done since I was 13 and never had a problem! If it wasn’t for the microblading my eye brows would be completely bald. Misba is very talented i did my eyebrows with her in Im in love with it . She has great customer service as well.

There’s a new younger girl who is sweet and probably means well but she did not do a good job on threading my eyebrows. Now I have to wait for them to grow out as they’re lopsided and don’t frame my face well at all. Getting my eyebrows done here is a hit and miss which is annoying because you'd expect them to know to do this well and consistently. Then on top of that, the customer service is lacking.

Misbah is so knowledgeable. She educated me on what my brows need and left me with perfect brows. I will get my brows done with her in the future.
